Project Manager role.

As a project manager, I managed technical and engineering project of first cast line of Polinas. In addition to these subject, a significant consideration of my responsibility was the safety of the project.

General tasks were listed below.

• Planning and forecasting of the project

• Acquisition of appropriate staff, materials, and equipment

• Keeping the project on schedule

• Keeping the project on budget

• Man management of the project team

• Ongoing reporting of the project progress

• Troubleshooting problems as they arise on a project – finding efficient and effective solutions

• Commissioning and qualification of contract

Process Manager role.

As a chemical process manager role, I was responsible to start up and set up the line, to teambuild, to create and to set specifications of polypropylene based cpp, mopp films and polyamid, evoh based barrier films. Additionally to develop, implement and monitor of this cast line and its processes. The process was continuous production process of flexible food packaging films.

General tasks were listed below.

• Monitoring of equipment – including regular testing and ensuring maintenance tasks are carried out

• Assisting Process Technicians in troubleshooting in the event of a problem

• Data collection, interpretation and report writing

• Presentation of data and reports to senior colleagues and management

• Installation of new equipment

• Risk assessments of the equipment and processes being used.

• Continual evaluation of equipment and processes to ensure both efficiency and quality remain high
